The project includes two unique units, a duplex down and a duplex up. Both units have all bedrooms on one level and the living space on another level. With floor to ceiling windows and wrap around decks, each unit lives like a single family home. The project was designed by award winning architect, Studio Dwell.

The project includes two units, a duplex down and a duplex up. This was the first project that we experimented in green roof technology by Hydroteck to create a full lawn on the roof.

The project includes four simplex units that include 2 bedrooms and 2 baths per unit. This project was a renovation of a building that was built in 1895 and over the years had been used as a tavern and apartments.

2241 N Cleveland

The project was a renovation of a single-family historic row home that was originally built in the early 1900s. The home is a historical landmark so extra caution was taken to preserve all of the original detail while integrating top of the line finishes and technologies.
